Getting on the Dr. Hughes’ Show!

There is a doctor here in town by the name of Dr. Scott Hughes. He has a show on our local cable channel. He had my brother and me on the show for an interview. We met him through Rotary’s honoring me for my work. I can tell that he cares a lot about other people. It was fun to be recorded on a television show and to see how it is done. Thank you Dr. Hughes!

My First Coverage in the Media

The first article about Many Revolutions was published on May 1 in the Brooklyn Exponent. I am excited to already have an article about what I am doing! Click on this sentence to see the article in ”The Brooklyn Exponent.” The paper has a weekday circulation of about 18,000.  Brooklyn is the home of the Michigan International Speedway and is located in southern Michigan. I am really happy that The Brooklyn Exponent is helping to get the word out!

Episcopal Diocese of Ohio Recognizes Connor and Family

I attend a church in Toledo, Ohio. My priest and our bishop both do a lot of biking. The Diocese of Ohio put an article on their website today about my family and Many Revolutions. They did a nice job with the article. To read the article , please click on this sentence. Our bishop and our priest love cycling. They are leading a bike ride this summer that travels along the underground railroad. It is great to see how a bike ride can be used to celebrate the freeing of slaves.

Hi. I’m Connor Tullis. I am eight years old. One of my best friend’s mom died from cancer.

In August, I am going to ride my bike from Lake Michigan to Lake Erie in memory of my friend’s mom. The trip is more than 200 miles—more than 150,000 revolutions for each of my bicycle’s wheels. I hope that each revolution will lead to a cure for cancer.

Too many kids lose parents to cancer. I hope you will join me in the pursuit to cure cancer.

The change you make can lead to revolution!
